Hypnosis follow up session
Many of my clients find themselves wanting to further explore the information or answers they receive from their hypnosis session. I offer a 30 minute follow up session for $30 if scheduled within 2 weeks of hypnosis session.
After Session Care:
- We recommend you drink a glass of water to "ground" yourself.
- You might feel tired and want to relax or take a nap. Make sure you leave time after your session to be kind to yourself. You might find yourself reflecting on the information received during your session.

Remote Session Requirements:
- You must have a computer and have the ability to connect to Zoom.
- You must be 18 years or older.
